1. Flower version

The text disappears, also called the flower version. When patterning occurs, high-profile fine dots will soon be lost. The main reason for the generation of flower plates is fountain solution and friction.
1. First refers to the amount of fountain solution and the acidity of fountain solution. Large amount of fountain solution promotes increased emulsification, which reduces the size of the dots and the loss of fine dots, resulting in patterns. The fountain solution is highly acidic and will produce similar results.
2. The friction on the printing plate comes from the water roller. Ink roller. Contact between blankets. The amount of friction depends on the parallelism between them. Pressure magnitude and surface condition. The friction that causes the printing plate to bloom is mainly determined by the water roller and the greater friction between the blanket and the printing plate. If the paper dedusting is serious during the printing process, this friction will be exacerbated.
2. Paste
The characteristics of the paste version are: the dots of the layout are expanded and deformed, and they are merged and merged with each other, which makes the level of the printed matter blurred. It is mainly reflected from the low-key part of the image.
There are many reasons for pasting, and the main reason is water delivery. Three aspects of ink delivery and pressure.
1. The control of the water delivery system is closely related to the paste version. If the amount of water delivered is small, the ink can easily expand, spreading the dots, which can cause paste. Losing a small amount and increasing the emulsification of the ink can also cause paste. Because the emulsified ink is poorly oily, it floats freely towards the fountain solution, and it first expands outwards at the mid-low-key dot to form a paste version.
2. Too much ink output printing is one of the basic causes of paste. Because the large amount of ink will inevitably cause dot expansion, and over time, it will form a paste version. Too thin ink is also responsible for the weight of the paste. The flow of thin ink is too large, and after squeezing, a paste phenomenon occurs.
