Construction of environmental protection facilities

(1) Wastewater

During the operation of this project, the waste water mainly comes from the production wastewater generated in the production and processing process and the domestic sewage generated by the employees' domestic water in the plant area. The project rents the plant in the park, and the park has a public septic tank. Therefore, the project itself does not build a septic tank separately. The domestic sewage depends on the public septic tank in the park to treat domestic sewage. The domestic sewage in the project plant is mainly a small amount of office and hand washing water, which is discharged into the park Public septic tank; the production wastewater of this project is the cleaning wastewater after sticking the net, the cleaning wastewater after exposure and the cleaning wastewater after demoulding. After being treated by the sewage treatment station (flocculation sedimentation + anaerobic (combined oxygenation) + multi-stage sedimentation tank), it is discharged into the high-tech zone sewage treatment for further treatment.

(2) Exhaust gas

The main waste gas generated during the project operation is: drying the waste gas after the mesh is pasted and pasted, coating and drying the waste gas. The organic waste gas in the pasting room of the Zhangwang room and the oven waste gas in the room are combined with the organic waste gas in the coating room and the exhaust pipe in the oven in the exhaust fan system + UV photocatalytic oxidation device + activated carbon adsorption + 15m exhaust pipe to be discharged.

(3) Noise

The project noise mainly comes from air pumps, air compressors, laser shears and other mechanical equipment, as well as traffic noise generated by transportation vehicles. The project selects low-noise equipment, and adopts sound insulation, vibration reduction and other protective measures for the operation noise of various mechanical equipment.

(4) Solid waste

The solid waste generated during operation is mainly net yarn scraps, unqualified screens, waste stripper, waste sticky plastic packaging barrels, waste photosensitive plastic packaging barrels, waste gloves and rags and household garbage generated during the mesh processing. This project sets up a temporary storage room for hazardous waste, and hazardous waste is regularly delivered to qualified units for disposal. The domestic garbage is handed over to the sanitation department; the net yarn scraps and unqualified screens are collected and stored in the general solid waste temporary storage room, and are regularly sold out; the waste sticky plastic packaging barrels and the waste photosensitive plastic packaging barrels are collected and stored in the general solids. The waste temporary storage room shall be regularly handed over to the supplier for recycling.

The environmental protection procedures of the project are complete, and the environmental protection measures stipulated in the environmental impact assessment and approval are well implemented. According to the monitoring data, the water pollution prevention measures and air pollution prevention measures meet the requirements of relevant standards and meet the acceptance requirements.
